Still the same but I expected it really. I still can't say I'm in the groove but there are many other things taking priority over signing in here and logging food. I'm keeping tabs mentally, and although I know full well it's not as effective as daily logging, it's enough to stop me gaining which is OK for now.

I'm working really hard, number 1 daughter is moving to İstanbul and starting university while number 2 daughter is moving back home from Ankara and enrolled at the school where I work :) These major changes in our home life take up a lot of time, on top of which this is the time to move back from summer house to winter house and that also requires a lot of mental and physical energy.

Let's just say it's OK for me to be maintaining at the moment. I may enrol in a gym for the winter months to do some strength training but that won't be until school hours and workload are more settled, probably at the start of October.

Meanwhile I'm still walking regularly and the occasional swim in the sea although it's quickly getting colder since September arrived.
125.7 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It always amazes me how alike we can be! I am holding my own, as well...walked almost every day this summer. Now that school is back in session, it's just not in me...I feel sorry for my little doggies, they love those long walks so much... Take care. Crazy days...

Hmm Baxie, thanks for commenting. I'm a bit worried about our cats, too - they've got used to wandering at will here in the summer house and garden but they'll be shut in the apartment for the winter. They're not gonna like it! You take care, too x
