Well, just started using FatSecret, and even though I'm a half pound up, I'm pretty sure that this is going to help me be true to my tummy.
Going to start tracking my weight training sessions too, I seem to always have trouble designing my own circuits, so hopefully this will help trigger the ol' noggin.
weights today: katami - three minutes of side-to-side twists with feet elevated (love/hate relationship with this one) squats - no weights, one foot elevated on dumbbell wood choppers with 12.5 lb
reclined pullovers with body bar and crunch squats and bicep curls tricep pulls
