What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: 1 Fried Egg and Collagen Bar

Late Lunch: Kale Salad, Cucumbers and Red Onion Salad, Green Beans Salad, Olive, Cheese, Poke, Tri-Tip, 1 glass of Red wine and IPA.

Dessert: Pumpkin cake
100.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 3.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week
