Day one back at the gym after the honeymoon! boy oh boy am I sore!!!Ready to hit a goal weight for tough mudder in 6 weeks and then halloween fun!
140.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
