My energy level has been great the last few days. I think the vitamins and fish oil are really helping.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Vitamins definitely help your metabolism. I really notice when I don't take mine.
