Still sticking to my WoE & walking for 30 minutes, twice a day. Listening to an audio book while walking gives me incentive to walk.

It’s my daughter’s birthday soon, so we’re dining together tonight 😊 I’m going to have a delicious steak with veggies. There might be 🍷 involved. Hopefully I can resist dessert.
229.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 94.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I broke down 😢 I had wine 🍷 & a cupcake 🧁 That’s okay, I’ll be back to my WoE tomorrow. We’ll see what the scale has to say on Friday 🙄
