Feeling good, Hit the Gym last night, I can tell you that took every last drop of motivation I had and it taught me a lesson "avoid situations where you have to use all your motivation". Therefore I am going to try not to work out last thing in the day because not only do I feel restless and sleep late afterwards but I have a higher chance of missed exercise. Therefore I am going to try and flip things around, exercise first thing in the morning then at night when I am tired I just crash early meaning I wake up early and all I have to do is get exercising to burn the time. Will see if that theory works. Starting weight-loss challenge tomorrow and looking forward to it. Probably worst time to start seeing that I am recovering from a weight-loss plateau.

When I lived in a house instead of in a motorhome, I used to walk to the gym in the mornings which took about 25 minutes, do my weight routines and either drag myself home on foot or ask the spouse to collect me in the car. If I wasn't out of the house by 8am then all motivation was lost. I miss going to the gym, it was my quiet time. Keep going, mate, you are doing well.

Has it been working?? Doing g exercise first thing? Does it make you sleepy after or give u energy for the day? I am usually sleepy but I think that might be an auto immunity thyroid issue

Nope has not been working as I sleep too late, I have adjusted time to mid-day which is the time I have set for my PT sessions. Will see how I go. That should leave me tired enough to sleep on time.
