Having vegetables for lunch and a little bit a barbecue. Yet, would like to have mashed potatoes and coleslaw, I’ll be debating it all day.😏
199.4 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
