I keep bouncing up & down about half a lb. I think my body likes it here.

We finished off the leftover Corn Chowder for lunch yesterday. It tasted even better after the flavors all melded for a couple of days. Could decide what to make for dinner so ended up slicing a leftover chicken breast & making sandwiches. I don't eat sandwiches for lunch much lately, so this one tasted pretty good.

Not a lot going on today. Hubby & I watched the Voice on TV last night. It was fun to see the gang all back in person for the premier show. Most of last season was virtual. I'm past thinking that's a cool way to do it 🙄 No live audience...but the contestants & judges are in person....just keeping a bit of distance. Tonight we're planning to stream a Zac Brown concert on YouTube to our TV. Camping World is sponsoring a concert series....this is the 6th one in the series. Hubby got an email today advertising it.

Grilled Pork chops on the barbecue tonight & Southwest chopped salad.

The Blue Jays have been elusive lately. I've only seen a few of them come get their peanuts. Most of them are sneaking in to get them.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 28.8 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
