Ok, As a person taking his health and diet seriously I have a lot to say about weight gain from yesterday. Firstly I have no idea where this came from, my forecast was that I should have been at least 1kg lighter than current given effort and exercise.I guess this is not the case. So one thing only is that my body is going to war with me and does not quite like something or a food I am eating. Also I am considering getting an inbody scan done as I am going to need to differentiate between fat-loss and muscle gain as I am starting to push heavy weight. Anyway will continue to weigh myself religiously every morning same time and record everything I eat.Out of ketone strips so flying dark on my level of ketosis.
293.4 lb Lost so far: 46.3 lb.    Still to go: 101.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Inscan body scans are amazingly insightful. At F45 they do them every 4 weeks during challenges & they’re really good for seeing your true losses/gains

Thanks for the input, I think I will have to go down that path as I am looking to go down to about 8% body fat and I will need to know proper body status, Cheers

When the scale jumps up all of a sudden, the good thing about this is it's easy to turn it around just as fast. A sudden kg+ of gain can usually be put down to water retention so not "real weight".

True, but sometimes when you know you have eaten over 1kg of food day before it takes a few days or a week to get over 1 day of indiscretion. It you are keto dieting then excess carbs can knock you out of keto and it takes me at least 3 days to get back to prior status
