I kept my calories under 1600 yesterday. I hope I do as well today.

I finally started feeling creative &got the urge to put out some of my Fall decor after breakfast. So now the house looks festive 🌻🍂🌾🍁🎃 Maybe, the cooler weather helped.

It's perfect for hot corn chowder...the plan for dinner.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am trying to keep my cals under 1600 too. My tummy isn't pleased, since I got used to a much higher when I was working out harder. You are doing so well!!! 😁

❤️ I like to try to catch up on you journals, but it has been a while... I've just been overwhelmed with lots of other stuff, but it is very lovely to have the friends here and see what they have happening. Sadly, I know you have so much going on right now. A really tough time is absorbing your world. I'm praying for you. Focus on you and your beautiful family! 🤗

Melissa, I know your days have been full. I too have found connections on FS with supportive people that I like to stay in touch with. I try to at least scan thru comments & journals even if I don't have time to comment myself. Thank you 💕
