Thanks, Tom! It was a very good workout! I can't not go because of the weather, Petra. I just have to push through. As far as the loss- none of this counts. Still trying to get to baseline and looking for a new low but I do appreciate that you guys think it's good. ;) ... if that makes sense. TGIF! Gotta get to work.

Vcabral 😆👍🏼 You know me! I was telling Melissa via email that the hubby has a couple virtual reality games so I wore a headset and beat up "ugly Joe" last night. So fun and a calorie burn, too.
