Well like they say today's a new day. I can choose to eat the low fat
protein lunch and snacks I've packed or I can go out to eat and use the vending machine. We'll see how I do.
193.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
