yesterday eating and eating all the time
today, great breakfast, running 9.6 km / 60 + 5 min. 730kcal, 140hB

after running 72.00 kg, not bad
160.5 lb Lost so far: 13.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
