Not impressed by the weight-loss considering effort I went to yesterday. I practically ate nothing the whole day but messed up and ate dinner at 9:30pm as it took me more than 2 hrs to put charcoal bbq together then another 45 mins lighting the fire then 1 hr 15 till food was on the table, wot a let down, Guess life's a journey. Ketones at 1.2mmol/L down from 2,1 yesterday.
298.7 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
