I keep saying, it isn't easy to balance induction vegetables to 12-15 and keep within the 20+ carb limit. So far so good, but it takes a lot of weighing and measuring. OWL is much easier! it is all for the good, it makes me very aware of what I am eating. I am having 2 Brats tonight and some fried zucchini and I am really hungry for it.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
