My weigh-in was not what I wanted but I am happy with it. I really hoped to be at 190 but I will gladly take the 2 pound loss. Even though on Friday I was down to 191. but since I strayed more than I should have over the weekend, I guess I should be glad I even had a loss at all. I did exercise 4 times this week which was a big accomplishment for me. I hope to do it 5 times this week. I want to get out of the 190's.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

First - I must apologize. In reading your profile again and in viewing your new profile picture - I see that you have two children - not just a little girl. I'm sorry. Second - say - two pounds is two pounds. Take it and run with it - Girl! You are doing fine! Inch by inch. Step by step. Enjoy the process. Okay? Okay!

Just think two pounds a week for the next - how many weeks - well - that's quite a bit - isn't it! Stay active. That's the "fat" secret!
