I've managed to reduce my intake of bread and sugar, so that's a win. I need to work on portion control again.

I'm going to the eye doc today. Time for some new specs.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
