We had pizza at work and I had already had a couple bites of my sandwich, so I had a bad day yesterday. ☹️ Worked extra at home and see it turned out OK. 😊 I just have to really be careful these next few days of celebrations - it’s gonna be hard. 😬
200.6 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
