These 4000 calorie days are awesome! I used to be so afraid of getting fat, but now that I've accepted that I'm gonna add a bit of chub in my pursuit of strength, I'm getting into it!

The results are massively different; not just the power at the gym, but just far more energy throughout the day.

My full, 2hr workouts are back in full swing. Yesterday was only 1:45 because I only did 3 exercises: flat BB bench, lat pulldown machine, and some skullcrushers.

My back, chest and triceps are torched from last night. Hitting them all again on Saturday for less weight and a few more reps to add some volume 💪
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m glad my advice helped! Can’t go wrong with beaver fat for max energy and protection against stray bullets apparently. You’re always trying to make me fat, so I’m just returning the favor! 😊

I agree chris. been scared to get above 150 and lose my cut but my strength wasn't there that light. I can always lean back out and get the cut back in the near future.
