I hated yesterday!!! I had so many things go wrong - had a migraine and a headache - spill & knocked over and lost everything possible!!!!!!! Even knock over a 32 ounce that was full —-never wanna go through that day again!!!!😡😭
200.7 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm sorry for your difficulties. I'm so glad you shared,I have those days often and it feels I should just give up and go back to bed. Take a deep breath and hang in there. There's only 24 hrs in a day.
