well i did gain weight, but i dont think its fat!! i think i gained muscle. i have been weight lifting to tone up my arms. plus i can see some abs forming!! i feel great and now size 9 is starting to get loose!!
150.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Awesome! Great job on the progress. I know when I start weight training or increase my weights, the scale goes up 2-3 pounds. The new muscle tends to retain water while it is growing so you are probably just having some fluid retention.
