Week 61 Not been to toilet for a couple of days wonder how much that is due to no loss. Onwards and downwards!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 89.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1408 kcal Fat: 56.32g | Prot: 53.98g | Carb: 146.28g.   Breakfast: Cashew Nuts, Asda Unsweetened Almond Milk, Asda Bran Flakes, Blueberries. Lunch: Asda Peaches Halves, Binghams Beef Spread, Ryvita Sweet Onion Crispbread, Carrots, Asda Sliced Beetroot in Vinegar. Dinner: Batchelors Chip Shop Style Mushy Peas, Fish and Chips. Snacks/Other: Coffee with Semi-Skimmed Milk, Tetley Tea with Semi-Skimmed Milk. more...

dONT LEAVE THAT BUDDY, IT COULD BE COMPACTING, I ENDED UP IN HOSPITAL WHEN THAT HAPPENED. bUY SOME LACTULOSE FROM CHEMIST, GET THAT DOWN YOU AND KEEP WELL OILED. THE MORE YOU PASS THE LIGHTER YOU ARE...SORRY FOR CAPS, JUST NOTICED :-)

I am so relieved, as I think you are, that you have gone😂. It really is a horrible experience to go through. It’s amazing how we can take these silly little things for granted in life until they stop. Glad you are back on track, take care
