I've been off Atkins most of the time since the beginning of July. Gained back every single pound that I lost this spring/early summer :-(

Trying to start back today!
367.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.6 lb a week

Whatever you do to lose the weight, you need to keep doing for the rest of your life in order to keep it off. Losing is only half the battle. Make sure your plan is one you can follow for good. If you are constantly going off and on, maybe something else would work better. But good luck no matter what plan you do! It's about getting healthy for life.
