Feeling good, going to try and take things up one notch and try to be ultra serious until the 24th December. Meal prep, exercise sleep is going to be of paramount importance and I will not rest until I achieve my goal and then I can take Christmas to relax and reset.
305.6 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 113.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
