Pleasant surprise on the weight-loss side. I felt like having something nice with my chicken wings so I cooked 400g of corn kernels. Ketones only 0.2mmol/L which does not merry up with weight-loss. So I guess I will add more carbs (Garden to Pot, or Garden to packet to pot - No preservatives or processing nonsense. So I guess I will see how this goes as an alternative to pure keto - just focus on Calories in and out which will allow me to get fibre, vitamins and all the goodies in food. If I succeed side effect will be that I have learnt to eat sensibly and enjoy.
305.8 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 114.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
