So weird. I was stuck between 159-161 for 60+ days on Keto. But I'm thinking now it's because I was eating exactly my rate of maintenance per day, hence: maintaining! Duh.

It's just a little disheartening to know that I can (and must) subsist on so dang little forever, Two eggs for breakfast? For freaking ever? Seriously? No toast, no hash browns? No chicken fried steak, ever again? But oh well!

Then last week, I went all day with only a tiny salad and went big at night with a small popcorn at the movies with butter. It was my "big splurge". I expected to pay dearly the next day with carb regret.

But nope. And two days later, I was down two pounds. And three days later, down another two pounds. For no reason. I guess I got a reboot from the carbs, or who knows. I have given up trying to figure out the chemistry set that is my body.

Working out daily for 20-50 minutes since July 1st. Thanks for the support, everyone.
155.5 lb Lost so far: 124.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
