Had a great holiday and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Did not gain any weight so that was great. Reevaluating the diet thing, I am back on mod carbs and sensible eating will see how I go. Ketones at 0.1 mmol/L
306.7 lb Lost so far: 33.1 lb.    Still to go: 114.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
