I've had a rough week of getting up too high. I am thankful to be back down to this weight to maintain today. I am counting points today and will have a good workout today also. I'll check in with journals later, buddies. I have not been on much lately due to a busy week. I'm keeping my goal of 134 in mind which I wanted to reach by Feb. 22 for my first triathlon which will be hard to do. I want to keep that in mind so when I want to make poor choices that goal is at the forefront of my mind. Have a healthy, happy day everyone!
