So, I have the flu, and no I will NOT not record my weight loss since I've eaten NOTHING except a saltine and drank only a little bit of water and pop...

But screw it, I'm recording this down weight, lol - I mean, if it's not there, it's not there, and all I need to focus on is not gaining it back once I feel better. I don't feel like throwing up anymore, but my stomach and digestive tract is not happy with me... I'm really hoping by tomorrow this will be all gone.
130.7 lb Lost so far: 49.3 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Get better soon, eat some popsicles and get a sports drink or vitamin water so that you don't get dehydrated!

I've been drinking ginger ale to settle my stomach, but the sports drink is actually a good idea... maybe I'll send my bf out for a gatorade for me. Thanks guys - I really don't want to be sick anymore! This is NOT the recommended way to lose weight lol

The sports drinks are usually loaded with sugar but a really good one is Powerade Zero, no calories no sugar and will help with the electrolyte imbalance from the flu. G2 and Vitamin Water 10 is less sugar so better than most. Get better soon
