Typical breakfast.

1/2 gallon of Egg Beaters divided over 3 servings (one each morning x3 days) with some biscuits and gravy (minus the biscuits) gravy.

Whole oats (50%) and flavored instant oats (50%).

Some kinda sweet carby goodness - I'm digging these Little Debbie beauties!


Alright, I'm going completely against the wishes of my personal trainer. I'm realizing I need a lot more than what he's giving me.

Today begins the fun - going back into my 100,000lbd volume training x4 days a week @ 1.5 - 2 hours per day. That has shown the most significant progress of any other style.

Time to kill 1150 calories real quick and then reload! 🏋️‍♂️
157.5 lb Lost so far: 0.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The egg whites are perfect proteins. Killing 6 eggs for an egg white omelette is ridiculous!

Sounds awesome!! I haven’t had a little debbie since the 7th grade, so please share the sugary treats!! Swiss rolls were my jam. Your breakfast is over three times more caloric than mine by the way. What’s your dinner like? 😳
