I eat very healthy most of the week. Yesterday was a sedentary day with hours and hours of homework and a yummy, dirty, delicious day of ordering in and I went over my budget, but it happens sometimes 🤤🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s probably 1/2 💦 1/2 gains, but my weekly summary is on point 🙌Gotta enjoy here and there. My rheumatologist wants me to try Tai Chi and continue yoga 🧘🏻‍♀️ I told her it’s been a hot minute since I busted out my mat. So maybe after my Nutrition exam and rest of my homework I will wooo saaaaa it out on the mat and Google Tai Chi..... because...... I don’t know how to do that lol. I do love the ab roller, my back has been stiff, so maybe that will help stretch me out while building those abs that are deep, deep, deep with in 🤪💪 I miss swimming 🏊‍♀️!!! IShe said it’s not worth the risk joining a center being immune compromised during a viral pandemic. So, I will just get back to what I can do. It’s been hard finding the time the past few weeks, so I have to fit it in. I have my knee braces, so I may even try out my new fancy jump rope (hopefully that bladder sling of mine works 😳🤪) Happy Sunday friends ☀️☕️☕️ 🍁 🎃 🍁 ☺️☺️💪💪☀️☀️💜💚

😂🤣😂🤣😂😘😘 Love you sis!! Gotta keep it real lol. Sometimes a hardy giggle makes a dribble 🤦🏻‍♀️ I just have to make sure I go potty before I attempt the jumping of the rope😂 I made the mistake doing a jumping Jack a few months ago and learned really quick 😱 ☕️☕️❤️💜💚

you made me laugh...from a person who has supported the company that makes Depends for almost 40 years. You know how amazing you are. Good luck with nutrition class. What kind of knee brace do you use, if I may ask. Another picture popped in my mind about the jump rope. I would probably smack myself in the face with my breasts. Stay safe.

Carol 😂😂😂😂😂 you just made me laugh so hard!! I so can see this happening with the jump rope too!!! Or tripping and falling on my face. I ordered a pair from my friend who owns a gym. Super compression. BangBangfitnessllc. Awe, thank you my friend 🥰💜💚

DP it was worth it 🙌🤤🤤 Today is definitely different. Hardly an appetite, probably because I ate so much yesterday. You got your schooling done a long time ago!! I bet you don’t miss it lol 💜💚
