I'm not too excited about today's weigh-in because it could be due to water weight/bloat (I had my period when I started this diet) and I'm suspicious of my home scale. Really, I can't read dial scales very well, so I don't put too much stock in what they say when it comes to small units of weight. But, I definitely lost something! Yay!
