Take a deep breath. Don't cry its going to be okay. The eating season never ends. If you think about it almost every holiday is an excuse to eat. Valentine's Day - Chocolate; St Patrick's Day - Corned Beef and Cabbage and Beer (even if you're not Irish); Easter - Family Dinner; Memorial Day - Start of the cookout season; Fourth of July - Cookout; Labor Day - gotta get that last cookout in. I pointed those things out because no matter what time of year it is, food is going to challenge us. Keep up your confidence and determination to meet the challenges. If you fall off, try not to fall too far and certainly don't stay off. Get right back on track. You'll be fine.

Also...you may not want to weigh yourself everyday. Weight naturally fluctuates daily based on what you ate, what time of the day it is, if you're experiencing any bloat. Seeing these fluctuations can be VERY discouraging. If you must weigh everyday, just use the weight as a reference but only record it once a week on the same day. You'll be able to see a difference better. Good Luck!
