I've been thinking about the wonderful guidance you all gave me as my weight has been creeping up. I'm going to try to let go of 140, or 145 and remember that I was the fittest I've ever been at 146 pounds a decade ago. As I'm lifting more, eating well and exercising daily, I'm going to try to just let go of a number and focus on consistency. It could be fun to see where I go.
145.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

in all honesty you look awesome based on the pics I've seen. the scale is a tool but it's just a number in the long run. I've done the same. weight training makes me so u stable the scale drives me nuts. but people at work are talking. my wife all of a sudden cares about her weight. I feel good. I'm not where your at yet but I'm working. your level of strength and body shape and size is great. just my opinion.

Good choice. Fitness, however you define it, should be the goal! And goals can change if necessary. 👍👍

Yes! and muscle is compact even if you weight more - you will look good

Oh my God! Yes to this! You look gorgeous at the latest gym pic. You can even add a few pounds and if the composition is right, you would be even more gorgeous. I think 140 is a bit too skinny for you though. 145 -150 ish? My comment is meant to be in a non-pervy way too and just encouraging. Hey, I am married not blind.

Oh my- I AM blind- I just am a huge fan of lifting and I think that the scale measures muscle and people freak out. I want to see how- or want him to see how- the body can look awesome with a higher weight and muscle. 💪🏻🏋🏻‍♂️ He said himself he looked his best at 146. Peole never accurately guess my weight because I lift.
