I think what is so important in a diet is sticking to it and also the exercise.
so soon it's my morning coffee and then it the door to start the day with my morning walk...see ya later!
206.4 lb Lost so far: 10.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
