A small gain and no fault of my own. I ate well yesterday but with stress I did not sleep well. I’m expecting the loss to come in a day or two when I calm down
188.0 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
