Here it is 4:00 pm and I have not even had BF or Lunch. Too many demanding people. I get so busy that I can't even sit down to eat! So, I type this in, plan my food (for what's kleft i the day) and then chow down.
This care taking lifestyle will end on Tuesday 13th Hallelujah AMEN.
244.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ohhh you need to make time to take care of yourself, I know easier said than done most the time. Demanding people will always be demanding but you are the only one to take care of yourself :) hope you manage some you time

As of tomorrow I will be FREE! The elderly invalid that I have been taking care of for 3+ years (who is completely bedridden) is going to a facility. IDK I may even find time to paint my nails!
