Now that my nausea is subsiding I I’m very grateful. But I had to do some serious changes to when I eat. I’m not changing what I eat, just I’m unable to fast any longer. Many frequent small meals.
213.7 lb Lost so far: 28.3 lb.    Still to go: 48.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I’m not sure I could fast when I was pregnant, those urges just come to frequently. When I was nauseated during my pregnancy bananas always helped me. I hope you’re feeling better

No fasting for me anymore and I’m going to have to adjust. It’s really hard for me to do SMALL portions
