This is the hardest time of the year for weight loss, but I'm determined to strip off the pounds. I can see my goals approaching, distant though they are. A year ago I weighed more than a hundredweight more than I do today. With patience, luck, and a lot of effort, in another year, I'll be close to my goal weight.
269.4 lb Lost so far: 67.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
