Thanks liv, br_e_co, ocean, melissa, 1.0 and all of you who support me. 1.0, you're very encouraging, and I know that a loss will come if I can just refrain from sabotaging myself. Looking for better days ahead.

Don’t beat yourself up, you’ve done so much and you’ve been doing great, it’s just a little hiccup. You got this!!!

Keep going. I run into the same type of gain and then in 2 days it can go bye bye. Keep on. We all here believe in your determination.

Your drop will come. You have great perseverance, as you have already shown. You've got this!

If you are weighing ingredients and meals with a scale, it will come off. When beat ourselves up, it releases stress hormones, which will make us hold on to more water weight. Heck, even hard workouts will cause some of us to hold on to water more. Stay strong, it will get better. I know the feeling.

I’m rooting for you. Small steps, one after the other... from last Oct until July, it was very slow going for me, I cut out all sodas first. Some weeks I gained 2 lbs.. but I just kept making small changes. I’m not perfect. But I start again and do what works. You can do this! Just last night, I took a bath.. I loved taking them in winter.. but last winter, it was impossible to get out it the tub. I can actually get up and out without fear and calling for help..It’s an amazing feeling. I never want to go back to trying to maneuver onto my knees to try to get up. You are worth a healthier you. I’m sad it took a ton of illnesses for me to take it seriously.
