Weight increase again, slept after mid-night a feet I choose not to repeat, ate dinner at 7pm and over did it calorie wise but chicken was just too delicious. Ketones at 0.5mmol/L which is good. I guess every day is full of learning. I think this is going to be my hardest weight-loss ever still rehabbing lower back and for the next 4 months focus is going to be on low impact, movement training. If my back is still sore by Friday I will go and see a doctor and push for MRI & X-Ray which will probably cost me a penny however I need to put health up there on my list. Spent a fortune last night buying probiotics, Krill Oil, Bioglan Tumeric, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM and a few more but got to get health right.
315.0 lb Lost so far: 24.7 lb.    Still to go: 123.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
