Finally back in the '60's. Have not been working out but it's on my mind. I wish I could figure out why I don't really want to. I enjoyed the benefits when I did but the drive just isn't there. I feel so sloth-y sometimes...
168.0 lb Lost so far: 107.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it happens but start off with a nice walk and slowly get back into the swing of things

I had the same issue. joint planet fitness online. took me a month to get there. once I forced myself to make time I got the urge to get back all the time now. it's that first couple times that's a beast.
