At least I have learned how to maintain. Now I just have to get back to losing. It works when I work it. It's just so hard to stay away from treats.
225.6 lb Lost so far: 53.4 lb.    Still to go: 25.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just set your mind to it and don't bring any treats into the house. That is the only way I can do it. Hang in there, Miss Bonnie! Hugs!

Yes Is, I will be fine all day, but at the end of the day the cravings set in. It's so discouraging. Thanks for always checking in.

Sandy, I don't bringe them into the house. My house is devoid of banned treats. At the end of the day, sometimes, the cravings are so bad I will actually get in the car and go get them. How sad is that? I'm still trying and I'm still logging all of it . . . even the treats. That, in itself, is a win. I no longer bury my head in the sand. Love you!

I just went through one of those intense craving phases, its finally eased but I know how hard it is to resist that stupid voice in my head that keeps whining for junk food. Stay strong.

Just popping in to say hi, Jo. Glad to see you're still here and sticking with it through thick and thin, so to speak. I am definitely on the thick side of things right now, but I don't want to give up. We've put too much effort in!

FOL, it's getting a little better. I kee p trying to remember how sick I feel after indulging. It doesn't always work, but it does. Seem to help. Hugs

Yay Coco. I'm so glad to see you! At least I haven't gained in the last two years. I've kept the initial 50 lbs off. Now, I just have to lose the other 100. LOL! Yes, we HAVE put in too much effort. We won't give up!
