Another weight increase, but to be honest I did not do much yesterday and I should have lowered my food intake, Ketones are down now at 0.3 mmol/L which shows nutritional ketosis. Lower back still recovering but a least I can get around.Looking at my posture now and how I go about everything. I think that was a good shock because after experiencing the pain I did this weekend I will not let myself ever get into a situation like that willingly so I will focus on correct movement health and posture.
314.6 lb Lost so far: 25.1 lb.    Still to go: 122.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
