Jajaja, the swoosh? The woosh? The water drop? The muscles not being angry anymore? The “this is where I’m supposed to be”?
Goal was to be under 175 by 9/11. It won’t happen but perhaps I’ll reach 176 point something?
177.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
