Squiggs, your gain is probably fluid retention! I hate these stalls! They seem to really be increasing as I get lower in my weight. I tried exercising more, less, moving to OWL....nothing seems to be working. I am getting frustrated!

You and me both buddy! *takes long calming breath* How have you been sleeping? I only slept 3 hours yesterday and I wonder if that makes a difference. With your stalls you could call it practicing maintenance LOL. In which case by the time you get to your ideal weight you will have perfected them and it will be easy! LOL I am glad you are perservering. I need to up my exercise I think, been just walking lately (and forgetting to log :p) and I guess it isn't enough for me. Must get back onto my wii! LOL

I'm in the same boat this week. I *hate* stalls! Good for keeping on, me too. Thinking of them as practicing maintenance sounds like a good strategy too. :)

Squiggs, yes the lack of sleep can definately affect your weight loss! I am sleeping pretty well, at least when the dogs let me! Try to get at least 6 or 7 hours a night, if possible Squiggs, it will help with your weight loss!

We can row together Rowanfair LOL. As long as there are no waves as I get seasick easily and then we could have trouble! LOL Stef I slept great last night - maybe my second good nights sleep in almost 3 months! But it felt great!!!

Squiggs, have you tried upping your veggies. I took a peak at your foods and veggies seem to be down below 12. Plus, all that stress you have been under lately sure didn't help. You just keep eating healthy and it will all happen for you. Take care and keep your chin up. I know just how you are feeling because I'm not moving either. Have a great day.:)

Laurie I have to be careful which veggies I eat as I am eating low nickel and most vegetables contain it. Frustrating but if it helps me get less blisters then I am willing to try LOL. Thanks for the support! Together we can do this!

Just stopping by to say "Hi." I'm glad to see you talk about your lack of sleep being due to restlessness or bloating rather than due to aftershocks!

Thanks Sandy! Ironically we had one yesterday that scared us LOL. The epicentre was out at sea closer to us than normal so we felt it good and strong. Even made something fall off a bookcase! No further damage thankfully but was definitely a good adrenaline rush LOL
