I'm ok with gain. Better weight for me.
132.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

945 kcal Fat: 26.96g | Prot: 75.01g | Carb: 123.64g.   Breakfast:  Fried Egg without Fat,  Coffee with Skim Milk. Lunch: Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Bumble Bee Chunk Light Tuna in Water,  Apples, Ole Extreme Wellness Spinach & Herbs Tortilla Wraps,  Watermelon. Dinner:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat) , Sonny's Bar-B-Q Corn on the Cob. Snacks/Other:  Oranges , Snyder's of Hanover Mini Pretzels,  Carrots,  Cucumber,  Yellow Sweet Peppers ,  Almonds ,  Diana's Protien plus bars. more...
