Slept well and had an okay day yesterday and happy with the weight loss to date. Ketones measured 0.4 mmol so not bad. Went for a brief walk in the morning. Ended up hurting my knee a bit running after the Telstra guy who had come to connect phone lines at work and left the Internet not working but at least I managed to catch him as he was reversing is car. Therefore I am going to refrain from running until I lose at least 20kg. I will stick to elliptical, walking, bike work and swimming. Began planning seems I will need about 9 months to achieve my initial goal, I will look to finalise plan by the weekend.
317.5 lb Lost so far: 22.3 lb.    Still to go: 125.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

hi, I'm here to let you know that if you stick with Keto, it works! I went from 98kg to 64kg since last Oct and am not wanting to stop eating this way. I love it and finally feel in control of my eating and therefore myself. it's a great way of losing weight. stick with it!
