Ate so much processed lazy crap yesterday. While all these things were.."carb friendly"
there is no replacement for whole foods and simple ingredients.
231.8 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 81.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you Tom! I have tried to get to my goal eight in the past, without success. I am in a good place and I feel very different this time!

I agree about the whole foods. But you will overcome the treats easily if your average diet is "good". I think
